The scope of the project includes the construction of a 40' x 80' pole building complete with 12' wide covered canopy structure with all framing, installation of composite siding and imitation stone veneer exterior facade finishes, metal roof panels, concrete floor, insulation, interior wall finishes with FRP and metal, installation of garage & man doors, installation of windows, installation of HVAC, electrical and plumbing building systems and other building appurtenances. Except as otherwise provided by law, award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder, and all Bidders will be advised of the Bid results. A Purchase Order will be generated at the time of award without further input from the successful Bidder.
