Treasure Island Water Plant No. 1 - Phase 1 The project is located approximately 2.0 miles northeast of the intersection of US Highway 75 and W Van Alstyne Pkwy in Van Alstyne, Texas 75495. The work includes construction of one (1) gravel packed well, including submersible pump with foundation; one (1) factory coated bolted steel ground storage tank with foundation; one (1) hydropneumatic tank including foundation; three (3) horizontal split case booster pumps with foundations; one (1) generator including foundation; buildings and canopies including foundations; disinfection equipment; plant piping; electrical, instruments, and control work including service; protective coatings; driveway; fencing and gate; site grading and drainage, drainage swales; hydromulch seeding; and all additional items shown on the construction plans or needed for a completely functional water plant and water well.
