The City of San Jose is soliciting responses from qualified vendors for Landscape Maintenance Services. Requirements are set forth as separate packages. Bidders may bid on one or more packages. SALES TAX: Do not include sales tax in your solicitation response. The City will work with the selected vendor to establish the applicable tax for contract award. ESTIMATED QUANTITIES: Any quantities specified herein are the City's best estimate of the quantities that will be purchased; however, they are not guaranteed. Any variations from these estimated quantities shall not entitle the bidder to an adjustment in unit pricing or rates. LOCAL/SMALL BUSINESS ENTERPRISE PREFERENCE: The City's Local and Small Business Enterprise (LBE/SBE) Preference is applicable to this solicitation. If your business has an office in Santa Clara County and a valid City of San Jose Business Tax Certificate, then you should refer to the solicitation documents for further information on applying for this preference.
