Reference Number 0000290355 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/04/11 04:00:00 PM CDT MBLL is currently requesting quotes from qualified and reputable roofing contractors for the removal, disposal, repairs, and new installations of roofing systems (including all labor, supervision, materials, supplies, permits, and equipment) across various properties throughout Manitoba, excluding the casinos. A. The Contractor shall provide services on a as required basis: 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. B. Repair / replace / install various types of roof systems that include but are not limited to: Built-up Tar and Gravel (T&G) Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS) Extremely Durable Synthetic Rubber Roofing Membrane (EPDM) Standing Seam Metal Roofing (SSMR) Sheet Metal Roofing (SMR) C. Repair / replace / install rain gutters, leaders, roof decks, all types of flashing, soffit, fascia and miscellaneous accessories in a manner to prevent water penetrating the roofing systems. D. Services may include but are not limited to: Assessing job site conditions, determining requirements and providing quotes Identifying and verifying roofing materials and accessories Supplying various roofing materials and accessories as required or requested Planning repairs / replacements / installations, sequencing work operations, and performing pre-installation layout operations as required Removing existing roofing and preparing area for repairs, replacements or installations Localized repair work Other applications as determined by MBLL. E. The Contractor shall thoroughly familiarize itself with all conditions related to the Work. F. No one under 18 years of age will be allowed on any MBLL location. G. The Contractor shall leave a service report with an MBLL site representative prior to leaving the site. The term of any standing offer resulting from this RFQ shall be for a period of three years beginning on July 1, 2025 plus two additional one-year options at MBLL's sole discretion.
