Reference Number 0000290330 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/04/09 12:00:00 PM CDT Section 1- Provincial Trunk Highway 52 Intersection Improvements - (Project Id No. C07067) This Work Involves Construction of Bituminous Pavement Including Intersection Improvements of Provincial Trunk Highway 52 & Provincial Road 210, Culvert Jacking on Provincial Trunk Highway 52 at Approximately 0.14km West of Provincial Road 302, and South Ditch Cleanup of Approximately 1.5km in the Municipality of La Broquerie. Section 2-provincial Road 210 Culvert Jacking - (Project Id No. C07314) Supply and install one (1) precast concrete culvert of 1500mm x 31.7m by jacking 1.5km east of Provincial Road 302 in the Municipality of La Broquerie. Completion Model The Contract Will Be Assessed Liquidated Damages and Charged Days in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages The Work Must Be Completed by No Later Than October 31, 2025. Daily Liquidated Damages After This Specified Completion Date Will Be Charged to the Contractor at the Rate of Two Thousand ($2000.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Until the Work is Completed. Seasonal Shutdown Date The Seasonal Shutdown Date for This Project is: October 31 of Every Calendar Year.
