The City of Dowagiac (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Dowagiac Water Service Line Material Investigation Project The project includes the following work: Investigation of 975 water service lines at the curb stop, plus investigation of 50 of the 975 service lines at the corporation stop. The scope of corporation stop potholes will be identified after curb stop potholing is complete. Recording of investigation results plus associated restoration is included in this scope of work. Bidding Documents may be obtained from online. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with online as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or online in either digital or paper format. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through online. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from online. Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office. No pre-bid conference will be held for this project. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
