The project consists of furnishing all material and constructing the following: o Rehabilitation of the 920,000 gallon steel Riverside Standpipe including structural repairs, overflow, manway, and hatch improvements, and surface preparation and coating of the interior and exterior o Installation of a tank mixer o All associated equipment, electrical, controls, and site work. The project shall be substantially complete on or before May 15, 2026. Final restoration and project completion shall occur on or before June 15, 2026. Question Deadline Jun 11, 2025 The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least one hundred twenty (120) days thereafter.
