Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Rock Island, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a 25,000-square-foot swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
Question Deadline 04/07/2025 Last Request for Substitution Due 7 days prior to due date of bids. Project includes construction of a new 25,000 SF competition swimming pool and support facilities. Bid Release 1 includes fabrication of the architectural precast panels. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond of a sum no less than 10 percent of the Bid Amount or Cashier's Check for a sum no less than 10% of the bid including all alternates Bidders unable to attend the Pre-Bid Conference are encouraged to visit the project site by scheduling appointments through Joshua Becker by calling 309.314.3272. Unscheduled visits will not be permitted. No visits will be permitted between the hours of 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM daily The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or waive any irregularities, informalities, and to make the award in the best interest of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers and waive any irregularities at their discretion.
