Renovation of a municipal facility in Rock Island, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The City of Rock Island is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to design, supply, and install a new front entrance door for City Hall located at 1528 3rd Avenue, Rock Island, Illinois. All proposals submitted in response to this request shall be evaluated and selected at the sole discretion of the City of Rock Island Evaluation Committee. The Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive minor irregularities, and to choose the proposal(s) deemed most advantageous to the City, without obligation to provide justification for its decision. Insurance: The contractor awarded the project will be required to provide proof of insurance, including general liability, workers compensation, and any other coverage deemed necessary by the City of Rock Island, prior to commencing work on the front entrance replacement. Performance Bonds: The selected partner, will be required to provide all necessary performance bonds and maintenance bonds to guarantee their performance according to the contract terms. Prevailing Wage: Local prevailing wage is in effect for all services rendered in the scope of work.
