Modernization of hydraulic elevators at the WVU Canady Creative Arts Center located at 1436 Evansdale Drive, Morgantown, WV. Cutoff for Questions DATE: 4/2/2025 TIME: 12:00pm EST Anticipated Contract Start Date April 2025 Substantial Completion shall be: April 30, 2026 Final Completion shall be: June 30, 2026 Liquidated Damages shall be One Thousand Dollars ($1000) per Calendar Day of delay in achieving Substantial Completion and Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per Calendar Day of delay in achieving Final Completion. The University reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject any and all Proposals received without penalty and not to issue a contract as a result of this RFP. If any Proposal is rejected, a written explanation prepared by the CPO, or designee, shall be noted in the Procurement File
