Renovation of a municipal facility in Morgantown, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Monongalia County Development Authority (MCDA) is requesting bids for a five-stop elevator in an office building located at 265 Spruce Street. The project scope includes demolition and removal of the existing elevator system, a hydraulic jack elevator. Questions arising from those visits WILL NOT be able to be answered verbally and must be submitted in writing by 5pm Wednesday April 16th. A further addendum addressing those questions will be sent to all parties by 5pm Friday April 18th. The written questions must be submitted via email with the subject line Elevator RFP Question to Erik Carlson, Erik@morgantownpartnership.com.
