Manheim Corporation is seeking subcontractor bids for specific scopes of work. The project consists of phased renovation work to an approximately 19,825 square feet area serving WVU School of Dentistry which is contained within the Health Sciences Building, located at 64 Medical Center Drive, Morgantown, WV. For this package, bidders must meet minimum qualifications, and submit qualification statements and experience history as directed below. WVU will review the qualifications, and will only accept bids from qualified contractors.The bid file will not be opened or reviewed unless the first file is reviewed and approved by WVU as a Qualified GC Bidder for the project.
