Site work for a civil project in Port Angeles, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Trout Unlimited is seeking qualified contractors to furnish materials for constructing, transporting, and staging rock collars, while also furnishing hardware, assembling, and staging wood racking bundles for the Owl Creek Restoration Project Phase II. Project Construction and restoration activities are scheduled for summer 2025 with installation of ELJs within stream reaches according to design via helicopter placement during an in-water work window from Sept 15th to October 31st, 2025. Items which are not included in this scope are wood, logs, and slash material, which shall be procured and staged under a separate contract. Installing logs and rock collars for engineered logjams (ELJs) will be accomplished by helicopter and is also not part of this RFP scope. The information contained herein characterizes the project goals and the likely scope of work. An actual scope of work will be negotiated with the firm(s) determined to be most qualified through this RFP solicitation. Contractor selection will be based on submitted, responsive proposals and selection criteria included in this RFP.
