The successful proponent, coordinating with the Director of Community Services and Tourism, as well as the Mural Artist, will: Initial Requirements: - Provide the Municipality will all documentation required before starting work Requirements outlined in Section F - Contractor Requirements - Host a pre-construction meeting with the Municipality, Artist, and Building Owner to review the project and timelines Supply: - Supply a printed mural on 3M Building Graphic Film, or a suitable approved alternative based on the following specifications: Size of 14.6m x 6.7m-7.2m (building wall height variable) Proponent MUST confirm wall dimensions before printing - See Appendix A for the artwork package provided by the artist and more information on the building wall. Installation: - Prepare the wall surface in accordance with 3M specifications (or the manufacturer's recommendation of the suitable approved alternative) - Install the mural using safe and approved working at heights methods - Provide the Municipality with project records and warranty information Removal of old Mural: - Remove a mural at a different location, using safe and approved working at heights methods and following manufacturer's recommendations This mural was installed using 3M Building Graphic Film See Appendix B for information on the old mural location - Complete and invoice all work within the outlined timeline (see Project Schedule below) and communicate with the Director through all stages of the Project.
