Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Bethany, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 7,075-square-foot, one-story above grade medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
As of June 23, 2025, the owner has canceled the project. Construction of a single-story maintenance building: 7,075 SF Questions regarding the project should be directed to ACI Boland Architects at (816) 763!9600 or adeck@aciboland.com. Do not contact the Hospital for any reason. Bid Security Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified cashier's check, or a Bid Bond (AIA Document A310), in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Base Bid including Alternates, made payable unconditionally to the Owner, as evidence of good faith as a guarantee that, if awarded the Contract, Bidder will execute Contract and furnish required bonds and evidence of insurance within fifteen (15) days after receipt of Notice of Award. An attorney-in-fact who signs a Bid Bond must submit with the Bid Bond a certified and effectively dated copy of the attorney-in-fact's Power of Attorney. Accepted Bidder shall provide a Performance and Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contracted price for all Work. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids.
