Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Trade Contractor Statement of Qualification Forms from interested trade subcontractors are sought for the following categories of work: Masonry (Est $1,550,000) Miscellaneous Metals (Est $850,000) Waterproofing (Est $180,000) Roofing & Flashing (Est $600,000) Metal Windows (Est $210,000) Glass & Glazing (Est $85,000) Tile (Est $372,000) Acoustical Tile (Est $130,000) Resilient Flooring (Est $250,000) Painting (Est $255,000) Elevator (Est $165,000) Fire Protection (Est $165,000) Plumbing (Est $1,110,000) HVAC (Est $2,900,000) Electrical (Est $3,000,000) Only Prequalified General and Trade firms will be permitted to submit bids for the category of work in which they were prequalified.
