The new building will be located on a site formerly occupied by 3 town owned buildings and one privately owned structure purchased by the town in 2024. Existing structures will be demolished prior to bid to the top of foundations, Removal of foundations and remediation of contaminated soils will be part of the General Contractors scope. The building will be two story, masonry exterior on concrete footings and foundations. The General Contractor will mobilize in August of 2025.
