The Town of Lee is soliciting bids for demolition and abatement associated with overall site preparation preceding the construction of a new Public Safety Building to be constructed at Railroad Street, Lee, MA. All existing buildings on the site are scheduled to be remediated, demolished, and legally disposed of according to the information contained within the bidding documents. Hazardous material abatement is present in multiple buildings on the site and further described within the bidding documents. Bids for building remediation / demolition / legal removal and disposal for existing structures located at 35/41 Railroad Street, Lee, MA Question Deadline 02/19/2025 All questions should be submitted to the OPM . Contractors are also required to include a bid bond (5%) at the time of bid receipt. If awarded a contract, a performance and payment bond (100%) will be required as well as compliance with all terms of the contract.
