Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Paris, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work shall consist of removing and replacing sidewalk, adding ADA ramps, adding thermoplastic pavement markings, and removing/replacing signs on Main Street and Center Street. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents, the plans, the Idaho Standards for Public Works 2020 Edition, and any applicable Federal, State and Local requirements. Davis Bacon Wage Determinations are a requirement of this project. This contract involves federal-aid funding and must comply with Buy America. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount is required. Construction time frame is from May 2025 to August 2025. Question Deadline 04/18/2025 Questions received less than five (5) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. directed to the Engineer, HLE, Inc., 800 West Judicial St., Blackfoot, ID. 83221. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
