Renovation of a municipal facility in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
All products and services provided by the Contractor shall be in accordance with this RFQ, including its attachments and any addenda. 1. Install four (4) standard cubicle workstations at the Tax Clerk area: All the panels will be typical, tackable cubicle panels. Sound-absorbing is preferred but not required. L shaped desk, 24 W x 40 L and 20 W x 30 L. Two (2) tackable panels 130 L x 65H located front and back, to build cubicle structure. One (1) tackable panel 175 L 65H to build left side cubicle wall. 4 (four) side panels (cubicle dividers) with top tier frosted glass and approximately 65H x 45 L. Each workstation will have one overhead shelf cabinet with locking cover. Each workstation will have one 3-drawer cabinet under the desk. Electrical power harness and wiring to run through panels. Contractor will provide electrician to install and connect electrical wiring to existing electrical power source. 2. Install four (4) standard cubicle workstations at the Bankruptcy area: All the panels will be typical, tackable panels. Sound-absorbing is preferred but not required. Two (2) workstations facing the windows to have panels along the windows at 42 High x 72 Long. L Shaped desk 30 Wide x 72 Long and 24 Wide x 42 Long. Two (2) of the other workstations will be opposite from the ones facing the windows, installed with a 65 High x 72 Long panels with a top tier frosted glass. Four (4) division panels between workstations of 65 High x 45 Long with a top tier frosted glass. Each Workstation will have one overhead shelf cabinet with locking cover. Each Workstation will have one 3-drawer cabinet under the desk. Electrical power harness and wiring to run through panels. Contractor will provide electrician to install and connect electrical wiring to existing electrical power source. 3. Install one (1) standard cubicle workstation by the Branch Chief area (Secretary cubicle): Panel facing the windows will be approximately 42 High x 72 Long. Divider panel 80 High x 180 Long to separate secretary cubicle and Bankruptcy workstations. Front panel 42 High x 60 Long with a counter space. Side panel 42 High x 36 Long. L shaped desk 30 Wide x 60 Long and 20Wide x 60 Long. Workstation will have one overhead shelf cabinet with locking cover. Workstation will have one 3-drawer cabinet under the desk. Electrical power harness and wiring to run through panels. Contractor will provide electrician to install and connect electrical wiring to existing electrical power source. 4. RELOCATE EXISTING FURNITURE Relocation of existing furniture only for installment of new cubicle panels.
