Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Lions Park HVAC Replacement 1. Remove and replace existing 30-ton split system dx cooling and hot water heat air handler and condensing unit. 2. Replace existing outdoor boiler with new 500 MBH outdoor boiler. 3. Provide new pumps, VFD's, ductwork and piping inside of mechanical room. 4. Clean existing ductwork outside of mechanical room. 5. Provide pre-construction and post-construction test and balance. 6. Control new system via new controllers and new jace. 7. Add Alternate #1: Replace all medium pressure ductwork up to existing VAV terminals. 8. Add Alternate #2: Replace all medium pressure ductwork and replace existing VAV terminals. Replace all existing hot water piping. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid must accompany each Bid and shall be subject to the conditions provided in the Instruction to Bidders Furthermore, the City's goal is to contract or sub-contract fifteen percent (15%) of the contract amount to certified MWBEs on construction projects over $300,000, or with contracts that include $100,000 or more in state funding.
