The Town of Rib Lake is accepting gravel crushing bids for 2025. The bid is for our regularly scheduled graveling of our roads for 2025. This consists of supplying 8,500 tons, more or less, of 3/4 minus, gradation No. 2 crushed gravel anywhere in the township as needed by July 15, 2025. The finished product must be able to pass through a 3/4 inch screen and contain not less than 10% binder (No. 200 grit). The board asks that at least one-half of the total tons be stockpiled so that representative samples can be taken, analyzed and a decision can be made whether to accept the finished product. It is absolutely necessary the town be given daily totals from each truck at the end of the day/ A certificate of your company’s liability insurance must accompany your bid, along with an estimate of the number of trucks that will be used and how many days it will take to finish the job. .
