Reference Number 0000290835 Provision of campgrounds maintenance services for Iskwasum, Gyles and Boat Launch Area at Sawmill Bay. To provide campground office and maintenance services for below locations: for the entire operating season from: May 14 to September 3, 2025 May 13 to September 9, 2026 May 19 to September 8, 2027 With an option to extend on the same terms and conditions for an additional two (2) terms of one (1) year term each. 2. Manitoba shall provide: a) All cleaning supplies, as listed in the attached Schedule 1 - "Cleaning Supply List". b) Necessary maintenance supplies and equipment (excluding transportation). c) Communication (mobile) in campground office. d) Furnished accommodation c/w propane heat, lights, stove and refrigerator. e) Combination lock safe. f) Necessary permits, passes, licenses and forms. 3. The Service Provider shall: a) Supply and maintain transportation for hauling fish offal, garbage and transporting weekly remittance into Cranberry Portage or The Pas District Offices. b) Personal effects (bedding, towels, pots, pans, utensils, BBQ). c) Cash float. 4. Basic Campground Rules And Procedures: 4.1 The Service Provider must comply with all Provincial Acts and Regulations, including the Park Activities Regulation. 4.2 The Service Provider must ensure that all campers are provided with a copy of the Campers Guide and are complying with the guidelines as set out in the Guide.
