Renovation of a multi-residential development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Winnipeg Housing Rehabilitation Corporation is looking for a General Contractor to manage the retrofit of four multi-family buildings in our portfolio including 60 Frances Street, 435 Sargent Avenue, 461 Cumberland Avenue and 576 McDermot Avenue. Work comprises architectural, whole building window replacements, electrical and mechanical upgrades, and associated works to upgrade the overall energy performance of the buildings. Provide security for performance of the Contract in the form of a Performance Bond for 50% of the Contract Price. Provide security for payment of labour and material provided in the performance of the Work in the form of a Labour and Material Payment Bond for 50% of the Contract Price.
