Site work for a bridge / tunnel in Lookout Mountain, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel.
**As of MAY 29, 2025 , this project has been awarded to G&P Masonry Inc, awarded amount not available.** The HARDY ROAD STONE ARCHWAY REPAIRS bid shall consist of a fixed price for all work, labor and materials required to properly repair the stone archways at the top of Hardy Road. The work will include, but is not limited to, all work required to remove and replace loose stones, re-pointing all work requiring such, and properly cleaning all stone that is not replaced. Bidder shall be responsible for providing all equipment needed for the work, including lifts, scaffolding, etc. Due to the proxmity of power lines in this area, bidder must protect all workers as required by OSHA standards, other applicable laws and regulations, and accepted industry practice. Any required new stone, mortar, cleaning supplies, masonry/stone attachments, etc. shall be included in the bid. Protection of landscaping, shrubbery, etc. is also part of this bid. The owner (City of Lookout Mountain, Georgia), reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to overlook and/or disregard informalities or irregularities in the proposals.
