Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Upton, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Town of Upton ("Town"), through the DPW Building Committee ("Building Committee"), and in accordance with M.G.L. c. 7C, requests qualifications proposals from qualified firms for Architectural Design services for the planning, design, and construction of the Expansion and Renovations to the current Department of Public Works Facility: a phased, occupied, addition/renovation project. Design services will commence immediately after contract award. Planning and design are expected to be completed by Spring 2026. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals; to waive any defects, informalities, and minor irregularities; to award contracts; or cancel this RFQ, if it is in the Town's best interest to do so The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
