Site work and renovation of a civil project in Upton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of the installation of 2,780 linear feet of water main, 2,500 linear feet of gravitysewer main, 1,300 linear feet of sewer force main, removal and disposal of 800 linear feet of asbestoscement water main, and a new sewer pump station along Route 140 (Milford Street). Thewater mainTheinstallation of the new submersible pump station will include the emergency generator inanexteriorsound/weather enclosure and controls in an exterior weather proof enclosure, automatictransferswitch, and integral fuel storage. Security fencing will also be installed encircling the sewer pumpstation and surface restoration of the area. Bids shall be on a lump sumand unit pricebasisasindicated in the Bid Form. Question Deadline 01/14/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents shall be submitted in writing to the Engineer via the Tighe & Bond website for bidding document distribution at: http://www.tighebond.com/Projects_Out_to_Bid.php 7.2 Prospective bidders must be registered users of the web site to submit questions regarding the project. In order to receive consideration, questions must be received by Engineer at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids
