Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Morgantown, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 19,825-square-foot educational facility.

WVU has hired Manheim Corporation to be the Construction Manager (CM) for the referenced renovation project. Manheim Corporation is seeking subcontractor proposals for specific scopes of work. The project consists of phased renovation work to an approximately 19,825 square feet area serving WVU School of Dentistry which is contained within the Health Sciences Building. (RFP NO. 770-05) Question Deadline 04/10/2025 at 12:00 PM ET All Questions shall be submitted to WVU via online. Provide labor, materials, and equipment necessary to construct the drywall and acoustical work for Phase 1 as defined by the following and asrequired by the contract documentsincluding: DrawingsIssued for Bid dated October 16, 2024 Project Specifications / Project Manual dated October 16, 2024 All cold formed metal, gypsum board, and acoustical ceiling work asstated below. All work required by projectspecificationsincluding but not limited to 054000 COLD-FORMED METAL FRAMING, 078443 JOINT FIRESTOPPING (as applicable), 079200 JOINT SEALANTS (as applicable), 079219 ACOUSTICAL JOINT SEALANTS, 092116.23 GYPSUM BOARD SHAFT WALL ASSEMBLIES, 092216 NONSTRUCTURAL METAL FRAMING, 092900 GYPSUM BOARD, AND 095113 ACOUSTICAL PANEL CEILINGS.
