Putnam County Board of County Commissioners is requesting responses from qualified firms to perform Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) services for the construction of the resurfacing of CR 315 from CR 310 to SR 20 and from Marion County Line to CR 310. All interested Consultants must be prequalified by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) in the following: Major Work Group includes: Type 10.1 Roadway CEI Type 10.3 Construction Material Inspection CEI. Questions concerning the specifications may also be emailed to Leigh Doran, Procurement Supervisor, at Leigh.Doran@putnam-fl.gov . Answers to questions received will be posted online with the RFQ documents. Questions must be received by 2:00 PM on May 2, 2025. The Putnam County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
