This RFP is for professional engineering design of upgrades and improvements to the City's traffic signal at the intersection of First Street and Pennsylvania Avenue. These upgrades will include the following: o Re-striping for addition of second left turn lane on S/B Pennsylvania Avenue o New Signal Head on the south side of intersection to accommodate two left turn lanes o Mast Arm and Sign Replacement as needed for additional turn lane o Re-programing of signal phasing o Re-wiring and replacement of detectors for new movement The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
