Robesonia Borough MS4 Bioswale Project - construction of two bioswales, complete with excavation, amended soils, erosion control blanket and where needed, rock filter berms, riprap apron and weighted filter tube as specified in the Bid Documents. A certified check or bank draft, payable to Robesonia Borough or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid shall be submitted with the bid. In addition, the following documents must be included with the bid package: proof of online prequalification, workman's compensation affidavit, insurance certificate - evidence of coverage, CDL compliance certificate, public works verification form and anti-collusion affidavit. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract price as well as the payment bond and the insurance certificate with certificate holder and additional insureds named shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after contract is awarded. Question Deadline 04/30/2025 at 12:00 PM ET All work must be completed by September 12, 2025. Liquidated damages apply at a rate of $500.00 per calendar day. Bids must be submitted on forms furnished by the Borough and available at online. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this Contract. Robesonia Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted or any part thereof or item therein that may not be in the public's best interest. The Borough also reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities or informalities in bids received.
