2025 Roadwork - Includes placement of 3/4 " 9.5mm Leveling Course (appx. 208 Tons) and 9.5mm Wearing Course overlay (approx. 415 Tons), base repair (appx. 913 SY), milling (appx. 1,883 SY) and placement of paving fabric (4605 SY) as specified in the Bid Documents Question Deadline 04/01/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Location online portal. All work must be completed by October 1, 2025. Liquidated damages apply at a rate of $500.00 per calendar day. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates apply to this Contract. A certified check or bank draft, payable to Robesonia Borough or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid shall be submitted with the bid. In addition, the following documents must be included with the bid package: proof of PennDOT prequalification, workman's compensation affidavit, insurance certificate, CDL compliance certificate, public works verification form and anti-collusion affidavit. A performance bond or certified check in the amount of 100% of the contract price as well as the payment bond shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after contract is awarded. Robesonia Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted or any part thereof or item therein that may not be in the public's best interest. The Borough also reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities or informalities in bids received. Place 3/4" leveling 9.5mm 0.0 - 0.3 million ESALS, PG-64-22, SRL "L" Base Repair - Excavate (mill as directed) and remove areas to be repaired to a depth of 4". Compact subgrade and place and compacted to 4" 25mm 0.0 - 0.3 million ESALS PG-64-22 to grade. Seal joints per Pub. 408 Milling - 1-1/2" depth, 7' wide along both curblines Place Paving Fabric Mirafi MPV600 or approved equal Patterson Drive - as marked above intersection with Ege Ct Base Repair - Excavate (mill as directed) and remove areas to be repaired to a depth of 4". Compact subgrade and place and compact to 4", 19mm SuperPave 0.0 - 0.3 million ESALS PG-64-22 to grade. Seal joints per Pub. 408. Leveling Course plus Wearing Course: 1.
