The project of: importing of 3,745 CY certified clean fill and 740 of topsoil, placement of CY of material to cap contam-inated areas, maintenanceremoval of existing & sediment controls, seed-ing & straw, and survey of excavated/areas. All work must be and invoiced by November 302022 or liquidated will apply. All bidders must examine Documents, read the Specifi-cations, and visit the site this project to fully investi-gate the extent and quality the work required. A certified check or draft, payable to Borough or a satisfactory bond executed by the and acceptable sureties in amount equal to ten (10%) of the bid shall be sub-mitted with the bid.
