Renovation of a mixed-use development in Robesonia, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
High School Auxiliary Gym and Weight Room Renovations project. The work shall be performed under a Single Prime Contract for General Construction. The Conrad Weiser Area School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids submitted, to waive any irregularities or technicalities in any bid, and to make awards in the best interest of the District. The work scheduled at the High School is limited to alterations to the auxiliary gym and weight room area. The renovation work includes construction of a new single user toilet room, new overhead door, door replacements, replacement of wrestling mat hoists, and painting of walls, as well as other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
