Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Laramie, Wyoming. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Removal and replacement of existing VCP sanitary sewer with approximately 875 linear feed of new 21-inch PVC sanitary sewer pipe. Construction includes the removal and installation of manholes, a new sanitary sewer service connection, and tie-ins to the existing system. Surface restoration will involve full-width roadway rehabilitation, including full-depth asphalt replacement in select areas and a mill and overlay of approximately 900 linear feed of roadway.
