Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Ashland, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,411-square-foot clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.

The work will generally consist of furnishing of all labor, tools, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary for the following work: construction of an approximately 1,411 square foot community building. The building will consist of frost depth concrete foundation walls, CMU wall, Steel columns and beams, metal bar joists and decking, EPDM roofing, metal siding, and aluminum framed doors and windows, hollow metal framed doors, and aluminum framed overhead doors. Minimal site work beyond the footprint of the building will be included as part of this project. Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) will be design-build. Davis-Bacon wage rates will apply to all work as part of this project. Bid Security and Insurance: No bid will be received or considered unless accompanied by bid security in an amount of 5 percent (5%) of the base bid amount. Bidders must also have insurance coverage meeting the requirements of the Contract Documents. The City of Ashland reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City.
