Site work for a mixed-use development in Ashland, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Project Description: The work will generally consist of furnishing of all labor, tools, materials, equipment and incidentals necessary for the following work: removal of pavement, grading and minor earthwork, importing new gravel base, concrete foundation walls,concrete flatwork, sanitary sewer lateral installation, water lateral installation, coordination with pre-cast building manufacturer,under-slab utility placement, placing of HMA pavement, and site restoration/seeding Est. Completion Date: June 3, 2025 Bid Security and Insurance: No bid will be received or considered unless accompanied by bid security in an amount of 5 percent(5%) of the base bid amount. Question Deadline 03/28/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than 5 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered Bidders must also have insurance coverage meeting the requirements of the Contract Documents.The City of Ashland reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City. The City of Ashland does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age or disability in employment or provisions of services, programs or activities.
