Landmark has been selected to deliver this Lease-Leaseback project, for our valued client, Calistoga Joint Unified School District. We are the selected contractor for this project. The project consists of the addition of a new modular TK classroom building (by JL Modular) and play areas. **The scope of this bid DOES NOT include earthwork, utilities, demolition, and paving. These trades have already been awarded under a previous bid advertisement. Refer to the bid documents for the complete scope and requirements.** Work is anticipated to start May 2025. All questions should be directed to Landmark, please do not contact the architect, District, or Construction Manager directly. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing contractors must prequalify with the District in accordance with their requirements. Completed prequalifications must be submitted to the District. PLEASE NOTE: Any work claimed by the Carpenters and Laborers Unions MUST be performed by signatory firms. This IS NOT a PSA project. Landmark requires all subcontractors to submit a prequalification application. Landmark's prequalification application can be found in the folder marked "Landmark Prequalification Application" in the Plan Room.
