2,500 Tons WMA Wearing Course, 9.5mm, 50 Gyration, FOB. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Township. The bids must be accompanied by an anti-collusion affidavit and a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to Broad Top Township. Bids must be valid for thirty days. The successful bidder shall furnish a performance bond or certified check for 100% of the contract within twenty days after the contract is awarded. The Supervisors reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to make the awards to the lowest responsible bidder and in the best interests of the Township.
