Broad Top Township is accepting sealed proposals for a Biofilter Community Treatment System. All project specifications are fully listed in the bid package, which may be obtained from the township office. Bidders must include a signed anti-collusion affidavit and an executed contract proposal with each submission. Bids must be submitted to the Township Office until the specified closing time when they will be opened. The Supervisors reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to make the award to the lowest responsible bidder, in the best interests of the Township.
