Completed plans call for the addition of a 45,063-square-foot, one-story above grade fitness / recreation center; for the demolition of a fitness / recreation center; and for site work for a fitness / recreation center.

In general, the Project an addition including a Business Co-Working Space and associated offices, Telehealth Rooms, Classrooms, and support.
