Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Renton, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Description of Work: The Work includes, but is not limited to: The proposed improvements consist of a new paved parking lot with sidewalks, landscaping, parking lot lighting, and a public amenity space at the northwest corner of the site. Utilities will also be provided for the new improvements to include stormwater, irrigation, and electrical infrastructure Bid Bond: This Project is estimated to cost $250,000.00 or more and must, be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond, equal to 5% of the total Base Bid only, excluding taxes. Make checks payable to the Renton School District; furnish bond executed by a licensed bonding agency authorized to do business in the locality of the project. Withdraw of Bid: No Bid may be withdrawn, except with the express permission of the Owner, after the time set for the opening thereof, unless the award of Contract is delayed for a period exceeding 45 days. Right to Reject: The Owner reserves the right to accept the lowest or any other Bid, the right to reject any or all Bids, and the right to waive any irregularities in any Bid.
