Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Renton, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Principal items of Work included in HOMESTEAD HILLS AC PIPE REPLACEMENT, CONTRACT 01-2023W, are the replacement of approximately 6,070 lineal feet of existing 6-inch and 8-inch asbestos cement (AC) water main with 4-inch and 8-inch ductile iron (DI) water main; 4-inch PVC drain pipe, replacement of fire hydrants, valves, blow offs, meter boxes, water service lines from the new water main to the meter; water service lines from the existing water main to the meter, installation of a zone valve and vault; asphalt concrete patch and overlay; cement concrete driveway repair, and surface restoration. The existing water mains will be abandoned in place after being filled with controlled density fill (CDF) and the existing roadway will have a full width grind and overlay performed where new DI main has been installed. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. 180 calendar days for all Schedules after the Notice to Proceed and as specified.
