No definite date for the rebid.** The County of Yuba is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to procure and install fully operational electric vehicle charging stations at the Yuba County Government Center. Brief Project Description: Yuba County is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to procure and install fully operational electric vehicle charging stations (EVCS) at the Yuba County Government Center, located at 915 8th Street, Marysville, CA. The charging stations will serve designated locations to provide charging for County vehicles and pay-for-use charging for County personnels privately owned vehicles, with alternates for two additional locations. This work is subject to payment of prevailing wages under Labor Code Section 1720 et. seq. and 1770 et. seq., which require the payment of prevailing wage rates and the performance on certain public works and maintenance projects, as defined by the Prevailing Wage Laws, and if total compensation is $1,000 or more, contractor agrees, to fully comply with such Prevailing Wage Laws, as applicable.
