Upgrades will include painting, installation of new flooring, and bathroom improvements. The existing paint, tile, and cement flooring are all original. In an effort to create a more welcoming, family-friendly, and therapeutic environment, Yuba County Probation is planning a series of cosmetic upgrades to the facility. Planned updates include fresh interior paint, new flooring throughout the facility, and upgrades to the bathroom areas. Construction Schedule: Funding for this project is budgeted for fiscal year 2025-2026; Project start date is August 1,2025. Project to be completed before November 1,2025. This is the ideal season for the requested cosmetic work to be completed to limit disruption to programming and needs of the youth in our care.
