Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Bid results will be available end of business day, same date. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Gettysburg Borough in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. Gettysburg Borough reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 04/25/2025 The scope of work consists of approximately 5,500 square yards of roadway milling and profiling, Superpave WMA binder course, 1½" Superpave WMA wearing course, base repair, structure grade adjustments, traffic control, linestriping, trail improvements including installation of approximately 755 square yards of binder and wearing course, installation of inlet and manhole, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction on various roadways in the Borough.
