Renovations/Addition Project 18 S. Main St., Barre, VT The Turning Point Center of Central Vermont (TPCCV) is seeking qualified contractors to bid on a renovation and addition project. The project consists of removing the rear section of an existing two story wood framed building, renovating the remaining main building and constructing a new wood framed addition in the rear. All customary trades will be required. Sitework will include brownfield soil management, removal and disposal. The construction budget is estimated at $2.8 million dollars plus soil work. The project is funded by several grants including USDA-RD. See requirements in the Project Manual. Work is desired to be completed by mid 2026. A Bid Bond is required. Contractors shall be insured and be capable of furnishing Performance and Payment bonds equal to 100% of the construction bid amount. TPCCV reserves the right to reject any incomplete or otherwise non-responsive submissions. Full bid requirements and details can be found in the bid package.
