As of May 30, 2025, the project was awarded to Kansas Paving - Park City, with an awarded amount of $249,024.35 For the construction of: Annual Overlay Program 2,212 Tons of Asphaltic Concrete, and 15,553 SY of Asphalt Milling ADD ALTERNATES 1,242 Tons of Asphaltic Concrete, and 7,669 SY of Asphalt Milling. Project Days: Base bid work must be completed by August 1, 2025. The work shall be performed between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday unless otherwise approved by the Engineer. Construction Shall not begin prior to May 27th, 2025. No work will be allowed on City of Newton observed holidays or weekends. Contracts must be returned within 10 days after Notice of Award.
