Separate sealed BASE BIDS for the construction of: 12rH ST. MILL AND OVERLAY - Along 12th Street from K-15 (Main Street) to Pine Street - 3,642 SY Milling, 323 TON HMA Pavement, 1,039 SY 8" Reinforced Concrete Pavement Patching, and related appurtenances. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Award of Bids - Bids will be awarded based on the lowest responsible bid for the Base.
