No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Will be substantially completed within 30 Calendar Days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run as determined below, and completed and ready for final payment within 40 Calendar Days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run. CONTRACTOR must choose a start date that is after the waterline is installed but no later than February 17, 2025. The Contract Time will commence to run on this date.
